All of our products are made in HACCP certified gluten-free bakeries. We test our products annually for gluten, soy,and dairy, and are proud that our products are free from these allergens.
We only source preservative-free ingredients; there is no sulphur or any other preservatives in the ingredients we use to make our products.
Some of our products contain egg and/or nuts, and all of our products may contain traces of egg, tree nuts and peanuts.
All of our ingredients are completely natural, and many of them are organic. We have never, and will never, add colours, flavours (even those sneaky ‘natural’ flavours), or artificial sweeteners to our products.
We take all care in manufacturing our products; every ingredient we use is metal-detected, x-rayed, and checked by eye for any foreign matter, including date pits and nut shell pieces. However, as per the warning on our packets, there is a chance that date pits, date pit fragments, or nut shell pieces may remain. We are constantly working to improve our products and source the highest quality ingredients available. Due to the nature of producing completely natural products made from only real food ingredients, it is nearly impossible to completely avoid date pits and shell pieces occasionally making their way into our products.
